a really intriguing Main Event Roy Jones Jr versus Anthony Pettis set for eight rounds in the cruiserweight division what is Roy Jones Jr still doing in the boxing ring it is what it is he loves it he was once upon a time one of the greatest ever to do it and he still wants to get in there and show that he’s got what it takes to be an elite boxer obviously at 54 years old he’s a little ways away from being Elite but he’s taking on Anthony Perez who in his right wasn’t the lead fighter in the MMA world coming over for his debut and what else would a MMA fighter want to do would take on one of the greatest of all time so we have a really great Main Event store for you guys this is not Tyson Jones this is not Bellfort versus Holyfield which are exhibitions this is a fully sanctioned fight the fight app with that being said folks let’s get down to business your free prelims start right now it is Kate Howe taking on Chris Wingate right here on game bread boxing okay the golden Hammer howl and I’m from Pensacola Florida and I’m here to do what I need to do here to take care of business Christopher Wingate out of Yulee Florida and I’m here to box and make some money I plan on just doing my thing being myself out boxing him if he wants to try the brawl this time and I’m still going out boxing and if uh if he wants to wait I’m gonna take it to him to be in his chest had to bring the fight to him I can’t box for them the kids box his whole life I love sport of boxing but I took some time to do MMA and uh that’s his bread and butter so if I stand there try to play that boxing game with him it’s not gonna be a good night for me I have to goodness trust and bring that fight out of him make it a dog fight that’s how I went just be myself bk’d be the golden Hammer and uh let my hands do the work let them do the talking and if I stay relaxed be myself and it should be a good night see me making the man tired and taking the fight out of him I think that after this match he’ll have to figure out if he wants to be a fighter again [Music] set for this bout by Sir form in Milwaukee four rounds in the welterweight division this is pro boxing bout number two for Christopher Wingate he’s a veteran of five professional MMA bouts wingate’s pro boxing debut came November of last year against this very opponent Kade Howell it was Hal defeating Wingate by way of third round TKO in our fighter meeting Wingate said my mistake was I tried to outbox Howell I have to approach this rematch like what I truly am an MMA fighter I have to make it rough I have to make it rugged yeah you know the question is if you try to outbox him how did you get TKO standing on the outside of those punches is what puts Christopher in line of danger so he’s got to get up on K he’s got to rush and rub him up and that’s how he’s going to get a different outcome in this fight Wingate said of Cade Howell he has a great jab he’s got very good clean boxing when Gates said I tried to out jab the jabber in November of last year I won’t make that same mistake this time Wingate who’s naturally right-handed said I’m also going to continually switch to South I think that will disrupt the Rhythm and the timing of Kate Howell easier said than done if you’re gonna do that make sure it makes sense switch and be effective when you switch I hate to see a fighter just switching stands and never having a rhyme for that reason when Gage said I cannot allow Howell to dictate the pace make this a technical boxing match I have to stay in his chest and I have to stay in his chest with volume I agree that is how he’s going to get the job done tonight stay in case chest rough him up and make him uncomfortable oh yeah [Music] yeah just broke just right we await the entrance of Kate Howell super Wingate Holding Center ring Kane Howell enters three and one in his pro boxing career all three of those wins by way of knockout two of those Knockouts in the first round The Knockout that wasn’t in the third round again versus Christopher Wingate his opponent in this bout that was in the third round November of last year Howell sending that bout I felt that I completely controlled Wingate with my jab I will do so again in our fighter meeting I asked Howell is there anything you want to do differently he said absolutely not what worked the first time against one gate I believe will work this time against Wingate Hal said of Cade Howell said of Christopher Wingate I know that he’s going to become aggressive when I put him under pressure I have to be smart I can’t rush in I gotta say man let me talk about the identity of K right now I mean look at this gear this is some nice gear he’s gonna go in the ring and he’s going to perform just like he looks right now he’s going to be flashed he’s gonna be slick he’s gonna try to use the jab use the entire ring and make this an easy knife for him that’s the best thing he can do father gave me baby four rounds at 147 pounds you see our tail of the tape Kate Howell versus Christopher Wingate Howell 10 years younger at age 24. to get this fight started we send it into the ring with Lupe Contreras for the Pfizer for a Milwaukee Wisconsin this is Jorge Mosby dolls game bread boxing probably presented to you by Monster Energy 305 and El recuerdo Mezcal dispal sit for four rounds or less in the welcher weight division our judges scoring at ringside R Robert Echo Gerald and John Mariano at the sound of the belt of man in charge of the action referee Benji Estevez presenting first the fighter standing in the blue corner he enters wearing teal with white trim on the scale he registered an official 148 pounds tonight he enters the game bread boxing ring in search of his first Pro victory with a record of Owen one Haley out of Jacksonville Florida Christopher Winger [Music] his opponent across the ring in the Red Corner wearing purple with gold trim he weighed in at an official 146 and one quarter pounds tonight in his fifth professional bow with an outstanding record of three victories one long defeat all three victories coming by way of ko from Pensacola Florida the golden Hammer how Kate Howell’s primary trainers his grandfather Tommy kimmons who’s just now exiting the ring Howell said his grandfather who he calls his path he taught him walk down my opponent while always thinking about defense round number one I’m seeing some some Roy Jones uh uh uh similarities right here from K with his hand down the up jab the fast quick jab right there and a nice little hooks coming off of the jab as well painting on the level changes Wingate you see the fast fast hands of Kate Hal there’s the overhead right into the entry for Wingate call for break from referee bentia stennis back to it 30 seconds gone round number one Reef punches right back in sequence from Kate Howell Snapchat from Howell immediately Showtime Sean you see that hand speed of Kate Howell absolutely you see the hand speeds and this that’s Classic Roy you know the jab coming from the waist is Classic Roy not everyone can do it right now Kate is proving that he can make that happen but wait to see Christopher just start to turn it up this is only the first round but as he turns it up I want to see how K reacts to that small cut outside of wingate’s right eye now with the right hands cross arm defense now for Wingate Wingate again said he wants to make this a rugged match in the rematch versus Kate Howell and only in the first round it’s almost like Wingate doesn’t know his identity you know he wants to be on the outside with it with the shoulder roll a little bit then he says he wanted to be aggressive and attack Cade so that he wouldn’t get comfortable but he’s hanging out on the outside too much make it right hand on the entry for Wingate the combination right back from Kate Howell big right hand landed right there by Wingate and then right there a little headlock little rough a little rough action right there from Wingate I like it 110 remaining round number one scheduled for four in the welterweight division to the center of the Ring see that open guard for Kate Howell and that believes his confidence snap jab from that open Guard from Howell overhand right again on the entry from Wingate I like that right there I mean he’s just wingate’s taking his time but when he makes a move he makes it hard and with a lot of aggression right there nice overhand right landed by Wingate very much this is a clean boxing since Cade Howell and a very traditional Ms striking style from Christopher Wingate you see throwing the naked right hand the naked overhand rights looking for the entry clean straight punches the up jab from Kate Howell nice Jabs there from Kade my concern about Katie’s your exit strategy what is your exit strategy at this point against Wingate you can’t pull straight back with your hands down that’s where he can land we get coming forward that was clever to the body that landed from Wingate howl right back just before the Bell next stop round two foreign you are with us live worldwide on our free view [Music] just over one hour 40 minutes from now our main card begins from here at five serve form in Milwaukee Wisconsin in the United States the only way to watch worldwide is on pay-per-view our main event coming up scheduled for eight rounds in the cruiserweight division Roy Jones Jr versus Anthony Pettis right here you see that abrasion Gates face outside of his right eye that came up so quick huh I’m not positive and show up to the ring what’s happening that came up so quick you know what I’m saying it came up quick but when you got guy with fast hands like that it just those little abrasions will come up very quickly round number two a tight striking guard for Wingate best open Guard from Howell Roy Jones Jr indeed for the fighter just like Roy Jones Jr himself Howell from Pensacola Florida right hand very nice right hook to the body but keep in mind both the guys got to move fast because this is just a four-round fight so that first round was definitely a filling out round a warming up round both guys are hot now this is gonna gonna heat up really quickly when Gage tank disciplined with that striking guard walking forward hands high into the pocket comes Wingate this is the fight that he talked about having yeah both guys got the right idea okay keep doing what you’re doing keep the fire on the outside using that jab I think a little more accuracy and and and repetitiveness with that jab more output with the jab will be good for K and then also for for uh Wingate like what he’s doing he’s picking his moments when he wants to be really aggressive and assertive and I think that that’s smart from him entry on the left hook from Wingate Showtime Sean we talked about that MMA striking style we’re seeing it from Wingate and he’s doing some things effectively yeah he’s doing a lot of things effectively and I think it’s because when uh K just has not had the right kind of punch output I like to see double and triple Jabs you throw a double and triple you don’t get hit with the overhand right that over hiding right landed the entry from Wingate separation from Benji Estevez right back to it how wide open stance Center ring there’s that Snapchat from Howell the right hand Howell resetting that’s a little Roy Jones right hand too right there I don’t know if you saw that or not Marie had a way of throwing that right hand was a lead right hand and he leaned into it right there is something we did we saw Roy do but he did a little better than that with that right hook to the body remember what Roy used to throw long right hands to right hooks to the body from the outside and see a lot of fmk too the line from Pensacola Florida idolized the great Roy Jones Jr call for break there’s a left hand on the exit soft warning from Benji Estevez to Wingate saying watch that break when I say break lean ax here very much in this fight Kate Howell though showing a lot of flash a lot of creativity a lot of technique hell now trying to bait in Wingate Wingate talked about switching stances switch there wingate’s like really messing it up and I like it it’s creative but behind the creativity what are you doing and Wingate is not Landing he’s got a land more and punch more final seconds round number two very intriguing fight a hard faint on the step in from Wingate face from howl big right hand from Hal we move to round three foreign [Music] [Music] so far number three underway Kade Howell versus Christopher Wingate Wingate 1-1-2 on the overhand right hand more pressure now from Wingate trying to fire back smile on the face of Kate howl after that last exchange I mean there’s a smile there but that’s not the fight you want and how you prevent that fight from happening get that jab working get the one twos working and keep stepping around Wingate left hook from Howden fully land across arm defense again from Wingate let me be clear Cade is in control but what you don’t want to do is give your opponent any sense that he can win this fight if he touches the more the more Christopher uh touches Kade the more he’s gonna want to do more Kay’s got to put like that right there nip it in the butt fast punches the nice little grab right there to stop the action I like that two quick flurries three punches a piece from Kate Howell coming forward misses with the lead left hook good turn from Howell that’s a nice little lean off the off the ropes right there and come back with the counter that was nice [Music] you hear the corner Cornerstone pick it up I think the the corner of Kate uh I think they want more offense and I like to see more offense from from Kate Howell I think that he’s got really good offense he just hasn’t shown it all yet finder jab from Howell how again you see trying to bait in one gate hands low chin out it’s the right hand from Howell right hook to the body now Wingate playing back when Gates confident she can see physically growing throughout this fight Sean yeah the the the confidence of Wingate is because he’s just a punch away and the more you allow your opponent to stay right there just to punch away the more they’re gonna want to press on and make that punch land and that’s why Wingate is still in there because Howell has not given him a sense that he can’t hit that he can’t do anything with them how old you see the elusiveness the head movement now with jab to the chest from Wingate I I hear the corner of of how they’re saying Moore stopped with the singular meaning more combinations not just one punch but put your foot on the gas pedal and throw more punches the volume of Hal which was outstanding in round one has really drop down measurably here and round number three as Wingate lands that big Jab closing stages of the third round now trying to stay elusive on the outside throws that jab and lands it jab right back from Wingate Off the Mark until the level change Jack from Wingate switching stances again we move to the fourth and final round [Applause] and final round here we go we gotta finally got a replay right here we see Kade they’re lean in right there with the chin out he’s just kind of baiting Wingate in and then right there I like to see a lot more of this right here in the last round those combinations being thrown the fast hands quick hands of Kate how Landing punches on the outside that’s where this fight’s supposed to take place in in okay for Cade house thank you stevis brings both Fighters together fourth and final round slight awkward pause this device looking for them to sportingly touch gloves it eventually happened he definitely did Christopher came out with a lot of momentum and it was halted very quickly so let’s see what he what he decides to do if he’s gonna pick that back up again and our fighter meeting Christopher Wingate said when he fought Kate how wind gates pro boxing debut November of last year and Hal TK Odom in round three when Gates said I tried to make it a boxing match I’m going to make this rugged rely more on my MMA Style very much in this fight here in round number four although Kate Hal has definitely had his moments definitely shown some flash some real technique Wingate is in the fight I haven’t not given him any of these rounds because he’s just hasn’t had the work rate punch out put that Kade has had however I do believe that Wingate is strong enough to finish this fight very strong and do something to worry Kade in this corner Hal already visibly turning up the temperature here in round four early stages from what he did in round three and that’s what you got to do at this point you know you know you’re in four rounds you know this is the last round we call it emptying the tank basically when you in this last round you’re supposed to feel like there was nothing else you could do 140 remaining fourth and final rounds under from Howell a lot of slickness from hell just 24 years old this is just pro boxing bout number five for him a lot of slippness I like to see him capitalize on the on the kind of style that he has you carry your hands down there at your waist you never know which punch is coming first and you never know what the angle is going to come at you don’t know if it’s a jab a hook uppercut what it’s going to be so I think Cade’s got a lot of tools that he can use he just gotta sharpen them and start using them short right hand in the clinch from Wingate it’s a type of rough and rugged MMA style boxing striking he wants to use in this fight final 60 seconds now again on the outside striking guard there’s the hook to the body from Wingate now on his back foot one game coming forward to the body one bad thing about keeping your hands below your waist the way kale does is they never come up you’ll be on the inside with the guy and the hands just aren’t up he’s so used to having them there like this right here foreign gets the break slight difficulty right back to it good entry Hook from Alvin the right hand jab right back from Wingate there you go that’s what I’m talking about about capitalizing he made a miss and he made him pay leaned off of the jab and then came back with the right hand of his own flurry on the inside from how how playing to this Milwaukee crowd into the clinch that’s the end of the fight very competitive [Music] well done for both Kate Howell and Christopher Wingate well done easier said than done when you’re uh Christopher um Wingate and you said that there were things you wanted to do you know how and why you lost that first fight to come back in the rematch and not pull it together and do what you had to do I think it just was a little easier said than done for him tonight Karen Hall on the other hand nice slick fighter has a lot to work with a lot to improve on and uh from what I can see a lot he’s got some time to do it so for Wingate in this corner we await the tallying of the three Wisconsin commission judges seems to feel pretty good about his performance Kate Howell had an excellent first round Sean showed a lot of flash Wingate though really wheeled himself back into this fight uh I wouldn’t say weldom back wheeled himself back in he weld himself through the fight I think that that’s what I would say I think that you know Christopher Wingate is just a tough guy and he was never going to go away without a fight we send it to Lupe Contreras gentleman to Going the Distance inside the gamebred boxing ring we consult the official scorecard to determine a winner judge Echo scores about 40-36 and judges Fitzgerald and Mariano scored about identically at 39-37 all three in favor of the winner by way of unanimous decision the golden Hammer [Applause] how that is a heck of a ring name the golden Hammer I’ll tell you what he looks really good he’s only 24 years old now four and one he’s got a long way to go a lot to improve on a lot to work with things are looking good for for Kade in this outing right here and I’ll say one more thing when you’re called the golden Hammer and you got something to do man you got to improve everything that you got so that you can become that golden Hammer on fight night he was like I saw a glimpses of a golden Hammer I’d like to see more of that in his next fight full credit to Christopher Wingate in this rematch Going the Distance making it as he wanted a rough and rugged fight at full credit to Kate Howell now 4-1 for the 24 year old showing a lot of flash a lot of skill most definitely a welterweight to watch the winner by way of unanimous decision Kate Howell defeats Christopher Wingate all right folks you just saw a great match up there kicking things off here on our free view you know what it’s all about though that incredible main card Roy Jones Jr Anthony Pettis Jose Aldo Jeremy Stevens and Vitor Bell for and Jacques Ray Souza here’s how you can you foreign [Music] [Music] Monopoly The Operators okay the problems foreign [Music] foreign foreign [Music] Spike is foreign foreign [Music] foreign [Music] water park today foreign [Music] oh [Music] garage located in the Box ES foreign Pearson sitting there with Dean and Jorge calls me up the next day AJ I got something for a wild afternoon what is it Jose Aldo on April 1st close to my hometown Milwaukee that’s all I needed to hear eight and a half weeks are you ready I was Born Ready the Midwest monster is coming back home boxing is something I’ve been doing a long time it was the first thing I became a fan of love opportunities with my hands you know we still got time to build and that’s that’s the beautiful thing is I could still take it as a Fortune 500 company get my feedback and continue to grow continue to capitalize continue to put my will my intentions my passion my love my being into this and April 1st no different knocking the out leaving them on the canvas leaking drained Stevens wins boom I’m ready it’s all just been built for this this Grand moment that comeback that certainty that dark work that that you do behind the lights when the cameras ain’t on Agony the pain the suffering you know the grind it’s just the thing I give this everything in my blood my being this opportunity I’m not scared of failing I failed and failed and failed keep getting up knowing that one day it’s going to come through I’m gonna have that breakthrough I love when people hate on me they count me out he’s not gonna do what he’s got he’s had this and that I love that I love showing up on Thursdays when these Young Bucks ain’t in there and you’re like they they know what you’re doing they see the work that you’re putting in when they’re rolling off and you’re still on the treadmill you’re still out running you know it’s a it’s a thing because most guys what I find out is they’re just not willing to put in the time be a man you know muster up keep showing up you know how much more can you give me like and I feel like now is my moment to let it all out prove to the people prove to myself accept that challenge conquer that challenge you know I’ve been a big time fan of Floyd Mayweather his defense his ability to compete at 40 years of age I’m 36 for his day in day out why is he able to train how is he able to train him putting in the work to get the therapy the body work to keep someone up and Excellence which is 80 to 100 day in day out that’s real testosterone real natural real intellect and a person who’s willing to progress and he’s making the biggest money because he’s thinking outside the box you know I’m watching gervante Davis you know the way he loads up on his punches the way he punches like Mike Tyson I’m thinking about Mike Tyson when he lets the ego out and he just goes ape that’s the cold-hearted nature of this game everybody’s tuned into this fight everybody else on the card my fight’s the only fight that matters they know it’s pure excitement that we’re bringing to the table it’s a different breeds in there you know so you got older guys bodies looking soft I’m 36 I’m gonna be shredded to the kills ready to kill a that’s what we’re bringing to the table that’s why people want to tune in when you see guys going at it throwing bombs throwing Keys giving it a turtle that’s that’s bringing excitement back to boxing and that’s what we’re gonna do you know this guy you got you guys call him a legend this and that you know I call him an opponent he’s coming to take everything from me steal uh money off my table food off my kid’s table nothing’s getting in my way I’m coming for his head and I’m cleaning the clock you know that’s that’s the Ferocious nature that I like to bring to the table good [Music] foreign [Applause] [Music] foreign foreign in a box almost significant opportunities [Music] God Bruno Escape foreign foreign pretty good foreign for me so obviously it is movies foreign belfry introduce dragons I’m finding Ronaldo it’s a fellow Brazilian one of the best MMA athletes from Brazil we fought in UFC before he beat me and now we’re going to box so I’m looking for a great fight a great rematch of course is going to be in a different Realm but it’s a great rematch with a great athlete so the game plan is always be able to take control and in the boxing it’s just an MMA whatever it is I’m always trying to take charge so I’m going to look for putting my punches my combination in it and I’m looking for a great Victory on April 1st get ready because I’m coming full force all my opponents know you know what I bring to the table [Music] boxing is always being the passion of mine you know I brought box into MMA I I literally was the guy who opened the seed and understanding how important is the hands in the MMA community and I never had a chance to box I remember when Muhammad Ali and his lawyer they’re trying to convince me to drop MMA and go living and making money in the boxing world because anime back then that you cannot make money but they don’t allow me to do both so I choose my passion I don’t regret literally had a great career in the MMA but now I got the chance to to box and and fulfill my dream it’s a great sport it’s something that keep me shape it’s a great competition it’s literally is the best way to exercise and an advanced age I consider boxing as one of the best workouts I think MMA fighters they should box boxy’s part of martial arts and my dream is to put it together I design a glove so they can put it together they can they can meet in the same ground where both athletes can have an advantage but of course when anime athlete goes boxing a professional boxer the advantage I was going to be to the boxer but if we can you know make the ground even a little bit and I patent this glove I’m looking to put this BM I call it the BMA gloves it’s the boxy martial arts where you’ll be able to see who’s the best striker in both sport that’s my dream to accomplish one day to be able to put these Mega fights and and I hope soon we can make this a reality so Faith Family it’s been my backbone you are who what you trust what you believe and I believe whatever you think about yourself that’s who you are and I think the lack of faith in themselves is the lack of love the lack of you know understanding the world so the way I struck my life is God family and then what everything else comes after and the reason why is because we if you don’t believe in a higher purpose you know thinking about every time I do x-ray in my you know you’re going through the stub and I make me realize one day we are going to be in the tub you know we’re going to be on you know down the Earth you know somewhere and you’re going to be like a moon so make me realize that life is much more than just achieve things and doing things and I believe a legacy is something that you can live on even if you’re not here but I think the best Legacy you can live is the one that you can do for God you know thinking about what God wants from you so faith for me is a very action the Bible says that we’re going to reap everything that we did in the body so that’s what I love to do [Music] boxing or I fought in boxing I’ve been doing this my whole life I just never had the opportunity to go you know showcase it [Music] you know him as a world champion he has their mentality he has a great attitude you know what I mean he’s a world champion he’s been award champ two times you know what I mean so it’s just a different discipline that you add it through your mentality has to remain the same today we are a cup of Theo boxing gym in Las Vegas Nevada man my new HomeTown um the crazy the talent that comes through here man it’s every day it’s a war in the gym with top level telling so surrounding myself with greatness man you know what the first thing that I see it was his work ethic his discipline he’s willing to learn that’s something that I really love from him you know that’s why he’s a two-time world champion the defensive boxing in May is the science behind it you know MMA you can get away with a lot of stuff in boxing you’ve got to stay structured you got to be disciplined over breaks discipline first usually loses you know if you see the guy start breaking posturing the defensive so my coach is basically putting guys in front of me that try to break me and uh going past you know eight rounds you know 12 rounds a day to feel that burn because that’s what it really is in boxing it’s a marathon MMA I think it’s like a Sprint whoever get there first whoever gets there quick until ref ends it there’s no a count there’s no no ten count you know you have the opportunity to get back up and redeem yourself I was boxing they can they get wrong they can get back up and then you gotta control your breathing you got to control your pace so yeah feeling that is the hardest part [Music] first I’ve been working with him for a little bit now and um you know he’s coming along good evening well for um not not even just for like an MMA guy who’s transitioned into you know boxing just you know as a boxer in general kind of get you know you know start to get complacent in certain ways that you do not realize exists because you’re used to setting patterns certain movements so like they offers a different variety all these make my game better [Music] first of all I want to be Roy Jones Jr I think like that’s the thing that’s in front of me right now and I spawn these guys I’m going against top level guys I’m outsmart Caleb plant last week you know I’m going against finding the best guys I could I could smart against and testing my skills um and knowing where I’m at I think I’m I’m right there I think I will surprise a lot of people with my boxing skills yeah I’m training for Roy Jones Jr crazy you know like throwing up watching this guy and uh making my professional debut boxing debut against Roy Jones Jr I love that stuff that stuff right there you know gets me excited you know and everybody’s like yo he’s 55 years old but he has 55 you know 20 years of 30 years of boxing experience that’s that’s you can’t you can’t you can’t find that anywhere you know for me to get that experience it’s just a plus and I know I wanted to transition to boxing before my career said and done I’ve been watching boxing my whole life this opportunity came up we’ll focus on making him feel him comfortable on the rain they can feel comfortable in his distance going to learn is Rich you know what I’m saying but but still you know we got to stay alert we can’t be overconfidence not not one percent other countries you know what I mean a shot and like I said just just look for the best version of the channel [Music] [Music] I said Roy Jones has more pressure I think um you know he’s done everything he needs to do in the sport um it is in my hometown but this is a new sport for me you know I think uh we just did you know the press conference and he said it you know he’s like if I win I’m supposed to be better if I lose you’ve also a guy that you know never boxed before so a lot of pressure on him but um I feel it too you know I feel like I’m in that spot where this opportunity is too big to let go I can’t pass this up like this is slipping my fingers I gotta go through it and capture this that’s why I went 12 rounds today you know I want to push myself [Music] foreign I couldn’t ask for a no better life I don’t pray no more for wins I just pray for my best performance and I want to go out there I had a healthy training camp um made the best man went [Music] yeah can cross over and have a fight against Junior because she couldn’t have done this if you were still in the UFC the challenge even these guys you know something they want to see like this is I think it’s a feature It’s Entertainment because they know the opportunity like this because you know Roy Jones Jr go uh I don’t need this of all time I grew up watching them and I get to square across you know they’ll go Facebook it’s like one of the challenges that wakes you up every morning to be motivated and not know who’s coming to break it very important because he’s done things in the MMA range that nobody want to do and for me to get the opportunity to face somebody who had the same type of creative mind in their own sport respective support because I have a boxer he’s like wait a minute shouldn’t say no to this and I’m like I want to say no but Dean it was Game bread it’s like it’s been walking have your apartment walking for it no I was like the pros I guess I waited to know so here we are yeah he’s a smart weakness but like he saved up 205 pounds what are they talking about it so he’s big enough to eat you know how to handle himself and I know that he’s gonna go hard with his boxing because he’s facing one of the greats by the way I think he gave all of you for attending to the register of all time their respective Sports Roy Jones Jr Anthony Pettis we’ll see if I can 17 first in Milwaukee thanks for watching [Music] Injustice gonna be smart about it you know your instead she used to be enjoyable as she used to be still got a brain they’re all pretty famous and you got one more take both three mix them up and cook them right they come with scrambled eggs and the other man party old this is a rematch from their MMA days first time out Aldo one uh succinctly with the body shot isn’t going to happen again Jeremy Stevens is most definitely ready for this opportunity and then you go to the co-main event two Brazilian Legends taking each other on to former world champions matching up in that boxing ring the doorbell for the Phenom former UFC light heavyweight champion taking on the great Ronald Jacare Souza of course former Strike Force Champion these two when they Collide the first time al-jacare was able to get the victory can Vitor get it tonight it is his 46th birthday this would be a heck of a birthday present to get that win back from jacqueray and then folks of course it is the main event it the fight that really has set the whole social media world on fire the combat sport for us the fight you didn’t know that you had to see Anthony Showtime Pettis former UFC lightweight champion former wec Champion the pride of Milwaukee Wisconsin he is welcoming in to the boxing ring a man that needs no introduction multiple weight division multiple time world champion considered by many to be one of the greatest of all times it’s Roy Jones Jr yes he’s 54 years old but he’s bringing it this is not an exhibition this is 100 eight three minute rounds Main Event boxing Jones Jr and Pettis tonight in Milwaukee are you going to be a part of it that is the question right now let’s get to our next great bout here on game bread boxing four and our free prelims let’s go down to Sean Wheelock the numbers for this bout in the lightweight division four rounds Mandeep jangra versus Ryan Reber a from India Anders undefeated this the pro boxing debut for Ryan Reber to get this bout started we send it back into the ring with Lupe Contreras we continue inside the Pfizer Forum Milwaukee Wisconsin it says Jorge masvidan’s game bread boxing proudly presented to you by Monster Energy 305 and El recuerdo Mezcal dispal sit for four rounds or less in the lightweight division our judges are Mike Fitzgerald Patrick Morley and John Mariano our referee Dave Smith presenting first the fighter standing in the blue corner he enters wearing cheetah print with black trim on the scale he registered an official 133 and three-quarter pounds tonight this undefeated bare knuckle fighter enters the big leagues of boxing making its Pro debut inside the game bread ring from Saint Petersburg Florida Royal Ryan [Music] River [Applause] his opponent across the ring in the Red Corner wearing white with gold trim he weighed in at an official 133 and three-quarter pounds as an amateur he represented his homeland and he captured the silver medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games now he enters the ring an undefeated Pro with three victories two of those victories coming by way of ko from searsa India Mr MJ Monday [Music] genre referee Dave Smith calling both Fighters together and deep changra 3-0 in his pro boxing career two of those three wins by way of knockout an outstanding amateur career for the fighter from India Mandeep jangra 123 wins against 27 defeats as you just heard Lupe Contreras say in the ring jangra representing his home nation India their national team is silver medalist with the 2014 Commonwealth Games round number one Ryan Reber 3-0 in bare knuckle all in the outstanding bkfc promotion Rieber this is his pro boxing debut he’s had 12 amateur boxing bouts two in Emmy MMA two in amateur kickboxing white trunks her jangra yellow and black trucks for rebirth jab to the body from andeep jangra heavy on the faint shot from jagra yeah djangles said that he was going to faint a lot in a lot of posturing right there back and forth like that from jangway and I mean he’s got all the experience you need to this point to handle this fight it’s just a matter of what he decides to do and and what Reba’s response is going to be that’s Lee left hook right there from jangra bouncing this step hard faint again three left hook right hand Reaper pulling back from the right hand Jagger with the jab to the body he could right hands from by changra now the chap to the body a lot of creativity we’re seeing from Jack I was just about you know I think we spoke on not judging a book by its cover earlier I saw jangra yesterday I saw him today he’s got glasses on he’s covered up didn’t look like he had any muscular form to him his kids got some Rhythm he knows the punches he wants to throw he’s got some pop in the shots I like everything about Django so far look at that right there a little flash like it I’ve commentated in bkfc all three of Ryan reber’s fights all three wins this is the most muted that Reaper has looked and he takes that overhead right hard Reaver played very defensive and now playing all defects in the clinch Separation by Dave Smith telling jangra don’t punch to the back of your opponent’s head when I’m trying to break I think Django was doing the right thing there I I don’t like to say much about the officials but big left hand and that drops Ryan Reber that right there was coming and I thought that the ref stopped it that’s ruled a slip Dave Smith telling James Reaper not ruled a knockdown that was a little confusing I think that was clearly a knock down Lee left hook we won’t cry about spell milk what we’ll do is we’ll keep moving forward and see how Django sets this up again one-way traffic’s the moment for the fighter from searsa India Mandeep jangra jangra looking outstanding against a really talented Pro Combat Sports athlete Ryan Rieber see a lot a lot of straight punches are gonna oh that that’s actually clean knock down off the right hand and here’s the mandatory eight count from Dave Smith [Applause] final seconds we’re under the unified rules of boxing from the ABC here in Wisconsin you cannot be Saved by the Bell in any round Reaper is up there’s the Bell that ends round one there you see the great man himself Roy Jones Jr in the corner of his fighter Mandy jangra I’m concerned about Roy you see he’s in the ring with some flip-flops on man that’s just not right he shouldn’t even be out here and to be out here some flip-flops that ain’t right look at this right here this is not the replay we wanted that’s the replay we needed right there this is a hook the hook clearly lands that has ruled the slip by Dave Smith and I think the ref was just not in the right position he also said that uh Django pushed him and that’s what caused the the knockdown so I mean the punch lands but then yes his arms push out and and that’s what caused I guess that final bit of the knockdown when you get the actual knockdown replay real quick we got a lot of straight shots after the straight shots we get a lead left hook so look for that this round once you see a barrage of straight punches maybe four to five if you keep counting then you see a late Elite left hook coming from jangra round number two again there was the one knock down jangra seemed to think that he recorded two knockdowns but again ruled just one knock down the other ruled as a push by Dave Smith so presumably 10-8 across the board round number one from that deep jangra Smith now telling Jaguar listen to me break when I say break the president here Roy he wants he wants Django to go to the body this round obviously that breaks you down but just with as efficient as uh as efficient as jangra is from the outside and surprising here Roy tell him to go to the body three Champs from Reber Jack were pulling back very elusive snap jab on the step in from jangra 215 remaining round two overhand right Reber pulls that back a jab to the body for Monday yeah I’d rather see this this bouncing action from Django I think that that’s him fighting in his rhythm I think if he decides to sit down and walk down uh rebirth I think that then he kind of puts himself it makes it more of an evenly matched fight overhand right left hook to the body left hook to the Head from Andy jangra jangra full control of this fight right hand Reaper taking more big shots with his back against the ropes hard on the faint and a knock down on the left hook to the body knock down number two what you’re seeing right here even though Django is only 3-0 as a pro he fought in the amateurs at a higher weight class so at this low weight there’s low weight of lightweight he’s got more power than most guys would expect him to have a fast jab again from jangra from the Orthodox stance Javon Q there’s three there’s four you see the shuffle of the feet from jangra he is feeling it at the moment left hook to the body the roll under left hook right hand Ryan Reber sets an offensive fighter playing all defense in this bound taking their right hand and that’s ruled a push down so we’ve had a slip two push downs and two knockdowns I mean he is clearly hurt but the way he’s hitting the canvas isn’t exactly I guess for the second words legit Pig right you know what I’m just thinking that it’s only a matter of time and Reba comes back with an overhand right he gives me confidence that he’s still going to be able to do something there’s a huge right hand left hand but it is only a matter of time unfortunately jangra unloading final seconds round number two 15 seconds remaining in this second round jab to the body anger the faint the left hook turns to the body left hooks to the Head Reaper cannot land the duck under the right hand we move to round three see Roy Jones Jr in the corner of one of his Fighters it’s under 45 minutes from now our main card Begins the way to watch worldwide is on pay-per-view and of course in our main card Main Event Roy Jones Jr coming out of retirement his first official fight February 2018 when he defeated Scott Sigma by way of eight round unanimous decision again Roy Jones Jr is found versus Mike Tyson November of 2020. that was an exhibition this will be a full fight and this fight now is over so Roy Jones Jr in the corner gets a win and will Nick see him facing Anthony Pettis on pay-per-view and our main event which starts top of the hour and that was dominant from Mandeep changra Ryan Reber will not come out for the third round this fight has been stopped and Mandeep Chandra keeps on rolling now 4-0 in his pro boxing career with three Kos that was a really good was that two or three rounds that was two rounds I believe that was a really good two round from jangra I think he showed us a lot of what he has I’m pretty sure that last that third round was coming he was going to show us some more this will officially go down is two minutes of round number two is the stoppage between rounds two and three again Ryan Reber because I’ve commentated him in all three of his fights all wins at Bear knuckle and bkfc Sean I know he’s a really tough really offensive fighter he just simply never had time nor space to get his offense going Monty jangra immediately sees control of that fight and he was phenomenal you expected more offense from Reber but what happens when a guy comes out bouncing in and out with these paints and things like that it kind of it stops you from being as offensive as you can be you start to second guess yourself and with that kind of hesitation that gets a fast strong fighter like uh like I’m sorry like Django right there you just you never have a chance to get started we go to Lupe Contreras ladies and gentlemen upon the conclusion of round number two the blue Corner informs referee Dave Smith Their fighter can no longer continue obligating him to stop this contest before the start of round number three declaring the winner by way of technical Knockouts still undefeated Mr MJ Monday [Music] [Applause] still undefeated great fight great outing right there by jangra and I think this is the right platform for him uh you don’t want to move too fast but you can’t move too slow so to have this kind of stage to perform on it’s great for him this started his career during fight week Mandeep jangra has been an absolute gentleman class outside of the Ring class in victory in the class post fight as you see speaking to his opponent Ryan Reber the fighter from Sears to India Mandy jangra at 135 pounds boasts definitely a fighter to watch Mandeep changra recording the knockdown in round number one it looked quite possibly that he had actually recorded two knockdowns in the opening round Reaver was tough but just simply could not get his offense going and chiangra unloaded throughout the winner by way of TKO dudacorner stoppage officially two minutes of round number two on the stool between rounds two and three Mandeep changra defeats Ryan Reber our preview continues here from Pfizer form in Milwaukee Wisconsin four rounds now in the Cruiserweight division Joe Riggs versus Marcos Perez my name is Marco spares I’m from Brazil Sao Paulo now I live in Colorado Springs Florida I’m my name is your race I’m originally from Phoenix Arizona I I live right now in Great Falls Montana Joey’s a UFC veteran farmer I have a lot of Finance maybe three times more fighter than me and he has a more expense on the boxing without gloves on the Barnacle but it’s a boxing you know um I never I never heard of him before not not to take him engine I know he’s a softball um you know he’s got these big guys he looks like throw some thoughts he’s got heavy hands but nothing I haven’t seen before I will dominate the the middle of the ring and I connect a lot of punches and hurts him I promise you guys a better performance and a really good my debut Pro box I’m kind of leaning towards fight over here over the years I loved it let’s hopefully go off the bank two UFC veterans highly accomplished pro-mma fighters in this Cruiserweight bout set at 200 pounds again we remind you top of the hour our main card begins just under 40 minutes from now you can see it live worldwide on pay-per-view main event eight rounds in the Cruiserweight division Roy Jones Jr versus Anthony Pettis from Sao Paulo Brazil Marcus Paris this is his pro boxing debut Paris 14-6 in his professional MMA career seven of those fights in the UFC and our fighter meet Perez said in MMA I’m focused on one big punch in boxing I’m now focused on my timing that’s a good adjustment that needs to be made if you know that you got the big punch it’s just a matter of that timing and trying to land it and boxing timing is in Rhythm very very important Harris also said I want to feel my way smartly into this fight I don’t want to go hard in round number one I want to sit back I want to gauge Joe Riggs Paris said I feel I’m going to have much better cardio than Riggs if Riggs punches himself out while I’m gauging him the Brazilian Marcus Paris said so much the better for me constant feigns slowly to body shots Paris said I feel I will be much faster than Joe Diesel Riggs well you’re a little younger than the rigs and so you should use that to your advantage that means more speed be more more Technical and tactical and intelligent in the ring against rigs all right Joe Diesel Riggs 50 wins in his Pro MMA career 45 of those 50 wins by way of finish Riggs in that a plus Level Pro MMA career a dozen fights in the UFC he’s the former wec 185 pound champion Riggs in the sport of bare knuckle has had eight bouts including seven in the outstanding bkfc promotion Riggs in our fighter meeting said I’m going to constantly throw my one twos and my three twos from the Southpaw stance Rick said I feel I can control the tempo of this fight off of my back foot sounds like he wants the box and you got two MMA guys getting in the ring to box I think that this is going to be a really interesting and rugged rap fight that we’re about to see Joe rakes a very considerate very cerebral fighter said I respect Marcus Perez I have to be aware of his big left hand but I feel that I’m a much better fighter a much better boxer than he is Rick said I have to dominate with my lead hand if I do so I will definitely win this fight [Music] the numbers for you now in the Cruiserweight division scheduled for four rounds Joe Diesel Riggs versus Marcos Perez you see Riggs eight years older at age 40. back we go to Lupe Contreras we continue inside the Pfizer Forum Milwaukee Wisconsin this is Jorge masvida’s game bread boxing proudly presented to you by Monster Energy 305 and El recuerdo Mezcal this is our featured pre-lims it for four rounds in the cruiserweight division our judges scoring at ringside R John Mariano Mike Fitzgerald and Patrick Morley our third man in the ring referee Dave Smith introducing first the fighter standing in the blue corner he enters wearing white with gray and blue lettering on the scale he registered an official 199 and three-quarter pounds this UFC veteran and former LFA middleweight champion makes the leap into the professional ranks of boxing debuting inside the game red ring from Sao Paulo better [Applause] his opposition across the ring in the Red Corner wearing green with silver trim on the scale he weighed in at an official 201 quarter pounds this nma veteran with over 50 victories and UFC vet also a former wec middleweight champion returns to boxing inside the game red ring with a record of 9-1 eight of those victories coming by way of ko hailing from Phoenix Arizona and now fighting out of Great Falls Montana Joe Diesel Ray [Applause] do very respectful Fighters two very talented powerful Fighters set for four rounds 200 pounds sporting Touch of gloves round number one green trucks for Joe Diesel Riggs white trucks for the Brazilian Marcus Perez yeah we got two softballs in the rain how about that it’s a treat for us I saw uh that uh peruse has a five inch reach advantage over rigs just so you know you didn’t point that out in the teller to take I’m Gonna Give You tails of the tape from now on Showtime Sean now I’m learning I’m still learning I’m learning these guys you know and left on the entry rigs hard to the inside see the overhook from Paris the lying his MMA background slowing things down on that overhook getting the separation from referee Dave Smith left hook heavy pressure again from Joe Diesel Riggs again into the clinch I was gonna say that I thought both guys were boxing really conventionally and it was a surprise because most times when the boxer is watching two MMA fight guys fight it’s usually a lot of brawling and swinging and missing and then there it goes from uh Rigs and some nice overhand lefts that come up just shortly bouncing the step of Perez on the outside rage you see the heavy faint on the duck under breaks hartigan to the inside on the turn into the clinch between break there you go peruse has to use that jab he has to use it more efficiently throw it to land it but also throw it to Keith Riggs outside on the end of the shots break slowly methodically coming forward there’s the long one too just out of range heavy on the glitch from Perez who do I talk to about getting a poll started I don’t want to start a poll on Twitter are these boxer shorts that peruz is wearing it is his pro boxing debut here’s the big right hand and left hand from Joe Diesel Riggs right hand just misses the UFC they mandate what you wear you get no freedom of choice I know I’m I’m impressed by Bruce because he’s looking I’m looking into his eyes he’s really trying to pick his punches carefully but you can also see a lot of hesitation there and that’s not good it’s forward off the hooks we turn up from Perez now Paris exploding to the inside okay don’t forget that Riggs is 40. this is a really good start for rigs I think maybe a little faster than he needs it to be because he’s got he’s got a couple of rounds to try to put this all together final seconds round number one bouncing the step of Joe Diesel Riggs right hand left hand on the entry again into the clinch there is the Bell 30 minutes from now our main card begins home of the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks we’re in Milwaukee Wisconsin on Lake Michigan our main card begins top of the hour right there big overhand left and he came with a double over and left that’s a combination you don’t see often look at this overhand left and then another right right back from the outside this overhand left right here that Rick’s got for him through the course of this all through that first round but for the most part the action was controlled by Riggs this right there that right there at the end was Peru’s trying to take advantage of an opportunity I can’t be making Inception in the Red Corner everyone has stood up tonight I pay attention to detail if you didn’t know that they’re channeling George Foreman I have everyone in the Red Corner tonight two so far has stood up round number two well that’s how George Foreman do that in the second half of his career I thought it was the coolest thing ever yeah I was gonna say like you know if anyone should be sitting down it’s the 40 year old rigs however you take a look at what George Foreman was able to accomplish and you let that man do what he wants to do Riggs that is George Foreman’s great line was I don’t sit down because I’m afraid I won’t be able to stand back up like that there’s the right hand rakes heavy pressure Joe Riggs is most definitely not like most 40 year old human beings yeah Joe Riggs a very special athlete very special fighter I believe it you can tell he’s got some pep in his step he’s steadily coming forward and just trying to feel his way through this round and through this fight on the other side there you got Marcos I think he needs to be throwing that jab and he needs to be letting it go periodically much more than he is just to set something up foreign on the turn and of course beyond that if you’re throwing a jab you don’t give your opponent an opportunity to get close there’s flurry on the inside good left hand on the exit for Marcus Paris let’s talk about the hesitation did you see that left he threw overhand left and it was like it stopped in midair it’s just too much hesitation coming from foods Rick’s resetting enough [Applause] Briggs in our fighter meeting was insistent apologies for the audio troubles that in the Southpaw versus Southpaw fight he had to dominate with his lead hand [Music] when 10 remaining round number two yeah I’m a Believer any fighter any MMA uh UFC anything like that if you want to come into the sport of boxing the number one thing you need to do is have a a good slash Great lead hand and he clinch from Marcus Perez very competitive fight to this point people don’t understand they left that lead hand is defense is offense it keeps you safe it gets a guy off of you it sets up the the big shots that you want to land the jab is the most important punch in boxing both of these guys need to utilize it more that was a very effective MMA turn by Passenger I saw that yeah he smiled sheepishly apologized to Joe Riggs who knows something about MMA turns it was quite a bit actually Hey listen at some point you got to go back to what you know and you do well you know Riggs looking for that lead right hook lead right hook again Riggs exploding into the pocket heavy pressure from Riggs on the inside Paris initiating that clinch defensively Harris looking to his Corner final seconds round number two we move to round three again pay-per-view is the way to watch our main card top of the hour eight fights in total heading your way our feature fight at 147 pounds Jose Aldo versus Jeremy Stevens are coming in the Cruiserweight division Vitor Belfort today is his 46th birthday versus Jacare Souza in our main event scheduled for eight rounds on the cruiserweight division Roy Jones Jr versus Anthony Pettis again we begin top of the hour worldwide 25 minutes from now live and exclusively on Pay-per-view I like the aggression that that Joe has been able to initiate in this fight is just enough no it’s not crazy effective and no he’s not completely having his way with against Peru but Joe is definitely putting putting making it uh clear that he’s winning each round to round number three we go oh please been very effective walked forward pressure from Riggs a lot of straight one twos as Riggs told us he wanted to do Perez though has been fluent in doing things like that Showtime Sean turning rigs in the clinch yeah man you it’s nice I mean that’s something I did I I would like to get on the ropes or in the corners and very quickly tone my opponent the thing that I did after I told my opponent was I knew how to initiate the offense and make it work for me I’d like to see Marcos he’s been able to turn very well but what do you do after the turn a tight striking guard for Paris now throwing the right hand second right hand for the Brazilian Marcus Paris breaks back to the inside Ricks loses his mouthpiece looked as though Rick’s lost his mouthpiece time in could have been Awkward start stop there big red hand shots on the inside and that drops Joe Diesel Riggs Briggs is saying ankle to referee Dave Smith [Applause] his fight is over Joe Riggs beats the cow cannot continue and the win in his pro boxing debut for Marcus Perez [Applause] [Applause] [Music] that was fast and unexpected looks like it’s either the anchor or the leg can’t tell which one but I like to say Joe was really having his way and then big hook right there landed by uh Marcus I use incredible sounds like this that’s what you do I mean it was clear that Joe was there was something wrong with Joe I think that I’m gonna fought the ref I think the ref should have made it clear hey what’s going on can you continue the rep did not do that Fight Continues Joe’s hurt he doesn’t he he’s he’s helpless and uh and Marcus takes advantage I thought that Joe Riggs had lost his mouthpiece because he looked down but he was looking down to his ankle Sean as you know I was a former and I say this low-level professional boxing referee I tried hard but those are the facts a lot of ballrooms and National Guard armories I should have seen it better yeah Rick’s did not lose his mouthpiece as I thought he did he was looking down because the issue is with his left ankle Dr Dave Smith now confirming it was the ankle that rolled so Riggs trying to get the attention turning his back very sporty for Marcus Perez not attacking breaks then coming in then going down and his Riggs was taking the mandatory eight count from referee Dave Smith Briggs who is talking to Louis Lopez the bkfc fighter in his Corner saying it’s my ankle it’s my ankle yeah when you said it was the mouthpiece I I didn’t want to disrespect you but I was thinking to myself what are you talking about small pieces in his mouth nonetheless I just now like I would like to see a reputation protect the fighter in that position he should recognize that something was wrong and made it very clear to Joe are you okay can you continue I think that Joe just took some unnecessary punishments it’s a good thing that I wasn’t roughing this fight or I would have been looking for the mouthpiece but again Riggs was looking at his ankle he turned his back there was a brief hesitation very sporty for Marcus Perez timing breaks down rakes cannot continue because of the left ankle he now has his shoe and sock off the ringside position here from the Wisconsin Athletic commission is tending to that left ankle of Joe Diesel Riggs he has to be massively disappointed [Music] [Applause] huge disappointment for Joe Riggs but Elation for Marcus Perez he came over to her commentary position with a huge smile on his face he said I told you I could do it we send it to Lupe Contreras ladies and gentlemen referee Dave Smith determines the Red Corner can no longer continue obligating him to stop this contest with an official time of one minute 19 seconds of round number three declaring the winner by way of technical knockout in its pro boxing debut Marcos [Music] better [Applause] Cyrus fees is going to interview the winner Marcus Perez and there’s always the backup Mike look at Lupe Contreras Margaret Perez congratulations big victory over Joe Riggs obviously he goes out due to injury that ankle not looking good that’s not how you want to get a victory but you have to be happy with your performance tonight in Milwaukee yeah um thank you guys good night Milwaukee everyone here thank you for coming uh uh thank you Joe reeks for accept the fight and a fight to me and this is not the way that I want to win the fight do you know but uh the victory is a victory do you know so when when you are a fighter you understand how the victory is important for you and your family so this Victory is really important this is why I’m so happy but I’m I’m so sad for my opponent I think he get better Easy little uh faster and thank you guys and for my next fight I know the guys have the pro the next promotion on the May 5. I’m ready for that if you wanna guys win a fight pole daily pull day line here Jake Paul pay my money I smash you on the sparring I smash you on this but I kick your ass and you don’t pay me remember that if you don’t want to pay me fight to me and thank you so much my family my my son Noah I love you and my queen I’m the way back from my house just wake me tomorrow congratulations Marcus Perez ladies and gentlemen foreign boxing debut gets the very talented Joe Diesel Riggs I’m sure Riggs felt that he was winning that fight but then taken out with that ankle injury there was no doubt that Joe Riggs was winning that fight he was controlling the ring controlling the action the whole nine I really do think that in a lot of ways no disrespect to Marcus but he got lucky because had not had that ankle not been hurt uh Joe it looked like he would have continued to move forward doing everything that he was doing Marcos was very hesitant through the entirety of that fight even in the moment that he knocked Joe down he was hesitant to go after him you know so I think moving forward if there’s going to be a second fight third fight in the Pro ranks as a boxer Marcus has to improve on his such an intriguing card we’ve already had the flavor of pro boxing versus Pro MMA with a lot of bare knuckle bkfc thrown in that will continue in our eight fights and our main event Roy Jones Jr a world champion at 160. 168 175 20 years ago he defeated John Ruiz to become the World Heavyweight Champion that was March of 2003. he’s 54 years old Anthony pett is fighting here in his home City Milwaukee Wisconsin one of the greatest 155ers in the history of MMA a UFC champion at wec champion this is his pro boxing debut yeah I’m just really curious as to when when it comes to Rory who are you now at this point in your career obviously you’re fighting for much more than just money or just starting you’ve done all that and you’ve had all the accolades who are you at this point you know we saw him come out earlier with John John when they got a great Victory and I think that that will get him in the right space to come out here and perform the other side there you got Anthony Pettis has been biting at his chops to get into the sport of boxing but didn’t want to just come in quietly it’s coming in extremely loudly against one of the greatest fighters of all of all time and I think that this is going to be really interesting to see what both Fighters decide to do and who they are tonight on Fight Night in this era of boxing and this year of Combat Sports we’re getting a lot of exhibitions sometimes they’re not billed as exhibitions make no mistake this is not an exhibition this is a real fight you can look on BoxRec MMA fans you can look on topology Roy Jones Jr is taking this extremely seriously it’s all about Legacy Anthony Pettis is taking this extremely seriously it’s all about Legacy yeah well you know when I first got the call about this fight I immediately is this an exhibition and I I didn’t believe that it was not an exhibition it’s not both guys are taking this extremely seriously which means they both have trained extremely hard for this fight and they’re coming in here to knock out they’re coming in here to hurt everything that you would expect from a world caliber World Championship caliber fight they’re going to get it all right now from Roy Jones and Anthony Showtime Pettis Showtime Sean Porter we’re just getting started we’ve had our three prelims eight fights on the main card headed your way Cyrus you know the card is absolutely the fights you’re going to see on that main card eight o’clock Central Standard Time on pay-per-view we’re gonna open it up I’ve been saying I can’t help it to say it I think any broadcaster would it’s a win-win situation it’s B win taking on Andy wind that happens to kick things off what a great way to kick start our main card then it’s gonna be Dylan kleckler taking on Josh Burns what a matchup to two heavyweights all Knockouts a lot of bare knuckle experience but they’re putting the gloves on and they’re looking to end things that one’s going to be a lot of fun Pearl Gonzalez the shy Town princess she is a veteran here at game bread boxing we know what she’s done in her MMA career now she stands across the ring from a very formidable opponent in Gina danger mazani what a matchup that’s going to be as the ladies once again Grace r squared Circle tonight then when you really look at boxing prospects it was a lot of MMA fighters stepping in here tonight but when you’re talking about sheer boxing it doesn’t get much better than 12-0 Devin Cushing a fighter that’s really trying to make his name in this sport right now and this is the type of fight on the main card of game bread boxing four that you got to get it done taking on Damien Marciano out of Argentina and we continue with another red hot Blue Chip Prospect Luis Feliciano has a lot of fans in the house has a lot of hype behind him 16 and oh but he does not have an easy day at the office folks it’s going to be a tough one when Clarence Booth steps in against Feliciano Milwaukee is going to be standing up for that one and then we move into our feature about 147 pounds it is Jose Aldo the one and only former wec former UFC featherweight Champion widely considered the best featherweight in the history of mixed martial arts he is going to be across the ring from Jeremy little Heath and Stevens a fighter that he faced in the UFC that he beat in the UFC but little Even Stevens I say this all the time he was born with a chip on his shoulder and dynamite in his hands you never count him out what a matchup Aldo and Stevens we moved to the co-main event two Brazilian Legends in Combat Sports detour the Phenom Belfort we remember he wins the UFC tournament UFC 12 at 19 years old goes on to be light heavyweight champion and then a fighter that has always been at the top of the rankings was able to be the strike force Champion now these two former world champions rematch the first one went to Jacare Vitor looking to get that win back tonight in our co-main event and then the main event folks come on Anthony’s Showtime Pettis you know the memories and the highlights he has given you throughout the years but this is a whole other level a whole different sport stepping into the boxing ring eight
